May 5th – Blood Drive and more at Seven Stones

Second annual blood drive, held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 5. Bonfils Blood Center will bring their mobile unit to our grounds. At the same time, we’ll be hosting one of our free Time & Togetherness family events honoring Cinco de Mayo. In addition to the amazing empanadas and other food, we’ll have music and a special art project celebrating Mexican culture.

Dads, daughters dance the night away

Fancy, twirling dresses and dark suits took over the night recently for an evening of dancing, while horse-drawn carriages laid in wait beyond the doors. Roxborough Primary School filled with dancers for the Parent Teacher Involvement Committee’s annual Father Daughter Dance on Friday, Feb. 2. The 11th annual event was geared toward girls in kindergarten through sixth grade and their father figures.

The event is replacing Chatfield Farms’ previous holiday celebration, Trail of Lights, with more lights and interactive attractions, which may be especially exciting for kids.
