CalAtlantic (previously Ryland Homes and Standard Pacific Homes), brings a wealth of experience and homebuilding influence into Sterling Ranch for the age-targeted sector. CalAtlantic will be offering homes designed to accommodate those seeking single-story options with luxurious main floor master suites as well as innovative home designs with proven energy-efficiency and renowned livability for growing Colorado families.

Lennar Homes will be in two segments: a first-time homebuyer price point infused with detached cluster homes; as well as homes for second-time, move-up families. Homes will include  NextGen® designs to accommodate multigenerational living.

Richmond American Homes (RAH) is building traditional family homes on 50-foot lots, appealing to first-time move-up buyers – perfect for a growing family in Douglas County. RAH has been the largest builder in the Denver metro area for many years and is headquartered in Denver. RAH will allow homebuyers to choose a floor plan and then customize it with hundreds of fixtures and finishes.

Meritage Homes is building on 55-foot lots in a new segment – a niche between the Richmond and Lennar positions, allowing flexibility to move up or down within the market. Meritage Homes will be offering energy-efficient homes with oversized homesites and expansive garage space perfect for Colorado’s outdoor-oriented families.

Brookfield Residential is a relatively new homebuilder in the Denver metro area, however Brookfield Residential has been a community developer for many years here in Colorado. Brookfield Residential will be offering a collection of single-family homes inspired by mid-century design and created for next-century life by three acclaimed architects.

Jim Yates, president of Sterling Ranch, said land development is currently underway at Providence Village with new home construction to begin in the second quarter of 2016. New home models will be available to view in Fall 2016. Yates also said that the homebuilders “will provide a diverse set of options for select home buyers to support Colorado’s continued growth.”
