It’s that time of year again! The Annual Easter Egg Hunt is this Saturday, March 28th and and all ages are welcome to join in on the festivities.
Starting at 11:00am, 18,000 items will be scattered across the Ball Field located down the hill from the skate park in Roxborough Village. Four age groups will divide hunters; ages 2-3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10 and up. Over 40 grand prizes will be given away and additional prizes will be presented at sponsor booths. Don’t forget your Easter baskets!
Last year there were approximately 1500 people in attendance. With limited parking space, it is encouraged to carpool and to utilize other forms of transportation.
The weather is forecasted to be in the upper 70s. But we do live in Colorado, so if it does snow, the event will be reschedule to a following Saturday (TBD).
Volunteers are still needed to assist in making this year’s egg hunt a success so if you are interested, please contact Ed Yeats at 303-904-4095 or at ed.yeats@gmail.com. Students – you’ll receive community hours for volunteering.
