I would like to invite all my fellow Roxboroughians to the new and improved Sonic! I am Jose Ramos, the new Operating Partner at Sonic. I am married and a father of two. We have just moved to Roxborough and are thrilled to be part of such a friendly and welcoming community!
I apologize sincerely for the past slow service and incorrect orders so many of you experienced at Sonic. I promise to do all that I can to ensure it never happens again! In fact, positive changes have already happened! I am teaching my employees to put the fast back into fast food and to greet our customers with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
I take a lot of personal pride in my job and will make it the best place to dine in Roxborough! I have added my personal number, so please do contact me with any questions or concerns.
