Roxborough Village is one of the larger area’s with diverse homes, builders and styles. In General, “Roxborough Village” encompasses those homes which are on the East and West Side of Rampart Range Road which runs down the main part of Roxborough and feed into Village Circle East and West. Home builders started building in 1980’s and have mostly finished in 2015. Builders are primarily US home, DR Horton, KB Homes, Ryland, Centex and Engle. Prices range from $250,000 for smaller 1400 sq foot homes to $600,000 and 4200 square feet. There are numerous community pocket Parks including the Main Village park, Skate Park and tennis courts off Rampart Range Road. Our two Elementary School are also located in the Village. Roxborough Primary, which offers K-2 grades and Roxborough Intermediate which offers 3-6 grades. Our Middle and High Schools are located in Highlands ranch and are about 10 miles away. Other private and charter schools are also an option.
